14/11/2025: We stumbled upon Trattoria Trebbi almost by chance and were truly delighted. The white truffle was the undisputed star: fragrant, freshly sliced, and paired with simple dishes prepared with a care rarely found today. The tagliatelle were clearly hand-rolled, with that "homemade" flavor that instantly puts you in a good mood. The beauty of this place is that it doesn't try to impress with strange things: here you eat real cuisine, made the way it should be. And when the truffle is good, and it truly is, and the ingredients are excellent, everything else falls into place. The atmosphere is typical of old-fashioned trattorias: welcoming, familiar, without unnecessary formality. The people who work there make you feel immediately at ease, with a natural, unpretentious kindness. You can tell they've been doing this their whole life and that they do it with passion. It was one of those experiences you don't expect but that stays with you. From us, a full and well-deserved five stars.
