How to go to Viareggio without passing through Galliano. If you buy a risotto you can't do without it but even the croissant and granite in summer are exceptional, don't forget the cappuccino🩷

The place is nice, located on the Viareggio promenade. I'm not giving 5 stars because to accompany 3 gin and tonics they brought us 4 tasteless chips

Prima di arrivare a Carrara decidiamo di fare una deviazione per Viareggio e di fare colazione. Lungo la passeggiata ci imbattiamo in questo bar e decidiamo di fermarci. A parte il caffè macchiato buono ed il cornetto industriale provo il budino di riso: non male. Prezzo giusto, dipendenti cortesi.

In questo bar/caffè riscontro sempre cortesia ed efficienza. Trovo buono , morbido e caldo il budino di riso. Ho chiesto un cappuccino molto caldo ed il barista nn mi ha deluso, quando altrove lo servono...tiepido perché distratti e chiacchieroni!!! La posizione del bar è eccellente!!!

17/01/2025: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Pietrasanta. Exquisite food, the first courses in particular; Really good portions. Nice wine list. Right quality/price, a place to try again in other seasons too.
08/01/2025: The cuisine is on average good, starters and fried food are of high quality and cooked well. Spaghetti with clams, a disaster, salted, watered down clams 2 the rest lupins. Sin. We reported the matter to the waitress, without response

26/02/2025: When you work with quality raw materials, great professionalism and passion, 5 stars are few, they deserve more. Excellent experience.
18/02/2025: Booked for Valentine's evening with a tasting menu chosen by the chef with dishes taken from the à la carte menu. Extremely refined environment with beautiful open kitchen, friendly and professional waitstaff. The basic dishes chosen for us were pleasant due to the types of recipes chosen such as the Genoese fusilli but they did not present any imaginative flair which I would have expected in a restaurant of this kind. The seafood salad, of which I do not doubt the freshness of the raw materials, had cooking methods that I personally found unappealing and overall a rather sad and anonymous dish. The refined environment does not reflect the cuisine and unfortunately not even the price.
