Después de llevar el funicular a la cima de Capri parecía lógico mirar un poco alrededor. Mi esposa todavía sintiendo un poco de vértigo rogó y fue a tomar asiento en la Piazzetta di Capri mientras Bob y yo fuimos a admirar la vista y tomar algunas fotos desde el Telescopio Funicolare la plataforma de observación en la parte superior de la estación. Aquí terminó siendo voluntario para tomar fotos de casi todos los demás turistas allí arriba y en un momento terminó con varios teléfonos colgados del cuello mientras posaba turistas. Elena, mi esposa se quedó con agua, Bob tomó un par de cafés expresos y yo al estar al tanto de la cultura italiana del café fui con un americano ya que era demasiado tarde para un capuchino. El servicio fue rápido, especialmente teniendo en cuenta lo concurrido y ocupado que estaba el lugar, la vista era espectacular, y el café golpeó el lugar. Un buen descanso antes de desafiar el funicular para el viaje de vuelta hacia abajo.
