Bar Faggiani In Roma

We stayed at an airbnb apartment just over the road from Cafe Faggiani for a short family holiday and popped in while we were waiting for the check in, what a find.. Straight away we were helped out by Leo, I think possibly the owner but certainly the manager at least, and what an absolute gentleman he was, helping us through the menu choices and really looking after us with service and was just so kind and friendly. We popped in every day after that and the food was always delicious and Leo looked after us every time. Highly recommended and if we are ever back in Rome then we will definitely be back.

A place run by cheerful Italians..!

They say it is one of the best pastry shops in the area… Welcoming place, friendly staff. Pleasant and well-attended location. I had an aperitif with well-prepared cocktails accompanied by some good appetizers (some). They made us sit down and, as we were finishing our drink, they invited us to speed up by saying “you need a table”…

Went for drinks - really great Spritz, very good size. Very local, Roman and a good mid-high end drink spot. It’s a shame they unexpectedly charged us for the snacks. This is fine, if they had made clear we had were going to be charged which they didn’t. Also, we thought they were free as they were stale - so thought they were getting rid of leftovers. Crisps were lovely though!

Super stocked bar, very kind waiters and a great place to escape the heat of Rome. We will definitely be back to eat ice cream and drink a nice cold coffee! Thank you ❤️
