Returning from a delightful weekend in Rosetano, my group of friends and I decided to stop for some arrosticini at a place that was at once rustic, high-quality, traditional, and quaint, to bid farewell to Abruzzo in the best possible way. On the recommendation of a renowned Roman darts champion, we stopped at Bar Espanol and couldn't have asked for more. We ordered fries, caciotta cheese, a quarter of wine, and the inevitable mutton arrosticini. Everything was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the tranquil atmosphere of an Abruzzo village while enjoying some local specialties. We'll be back!
