We had excellent cannoli (both the classic and the pistachio-crusted ones). They're incredibly crunchy and keep well in the refrigerator until the next day. They're made fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The pastry shop is a bit dated and located in a small town, but this adds a touch of vintage. If you're in Trapani, I highly recommend it.

I tried these cannoli, and while they were good, I wasn't entirely sold on them. The ricotta was tasty, but the shell, unfortunately, wasn't up to par: a little rubbery and not very crispy. Even some locals confirmed that they used to be better, and that the quality has dropped a bit recently. A real shame, because there's so much potential... let's hope they can return to their former level.

The cannolo was good, freshly filled, but not as exceptional as Dattilo's. The ricotta filling was well-crafted and fresh, but it's a shame the shell wasn't up to the same standard, being heavy and a bit hard. After trying the cannolo at Euro Bar, everything else comes second. This one from Bar Erice is definitely second in quality, but not in quantity. The cannoli are equally large and filled.
