A bar in the heart of Sorrento Square, all good but very expensive for being a normal Syrian from a normal town in Italy, 2 beers, 7 coffees €41 the service is actually very fast and very nice but at first it didn't seem like it because the oppressive environment

Staff friendly, drinks fine. Actually a nice cup of English breakfast tea (which is a surprise in Italy)! Excellent location and useful ceiling fans in the baking heat. Not too pricey.

The fun owner & all the staff make this a super fun Italian experience. The owner manager took control of our table & any wait staff that spoke with us got into trouble, all in good fun. He brought us free bread, nuts, nibbles, more bread & then lemon cellos after we’d finished lunch. He also joked that our 2 blond girlfriends had just left before our wives arrived… very funny & great banter. Oh the food? We all had salads and they were great. And the drinks were all quickly supplied with a smile. Really fun vibe.

Fantastic cocktails and great for people watching. We had lunch here too, and would not hesitate to recommend a visit. Their Long Island Iced Tea is brilliant 🍹

For me, Bar Ercolano is the central hub of Sorrento where you can simply sit and experience the buzz of this beautiful town. 💖 The waiters are really friendly, so kind and very accommodating. They also serve various packets of salty snacks for free with cold drinks which is an added bonus! 😋

Bar Ercolano in Sorrento quickly became our favorite spot during our three-week stay. Every morning, we looked forward to their amazing espresso and cappuccino. The pastries, especially the cornetto con pistacchio, are absolutely to die for—always fresh and delicious. The mimosas, made with freshly squeezed orange juice, are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Our love for Bar Ercolano didn’t stop at breakfast; we also made it a point to visit in the evenings for a pre-dinner drink. The live music at night added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and professional, making every visit a pleasure. They were wonderful with our children, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Bar Ercolano isn’t just a place to grab a drink or a pastry; it’s an experience made exceptional by the people who work there. We absolutely loved them and can’t wait to return.
