We've been holidaying in Grado for decades, but we've missed this place so far. A mistake, as it turned out today. Courteous, friendly service, some unusual menu, but everything is really great and when it comes to the desserts you are annoyed that the portions were so big...Danger of repeating!

Welcoming and refined environment. Friendly and competent staff who offer a good choice of quite original drinks, but are also available for simpler choices. A lighthouse in the night: we particularly appreciated being welcomed with a smile at 11.30pm in a scandalously deserted and closed Grado on Saturday 27 July, full tourist season, serene summer climate: we came on a trip with the family (4 people) and arrived at 10pm we find almost all the catering services already closed and intent on stacking chairs, the businesses on the beautiful seafront rejected us with annoyance as if the expectation of drinking something not pre-packaged at 10.30pm was inconceivable. Special praise therefore for the enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism of the Duca d'Aosta lounge bar.

Very friendly staff who won't keep you waiting long and will accommodate your requests if they can. Otherwise, the food is perfect and you can choose from fish, pizza, pasta and many other dishes. Just perfect and I will definitely be back next year.
