Unfortunately, aside from the meat (good and high-quality), everything else was mediocre...
The appetizers featured some winning combinations, but the ingredients weren't up to par (rubbery mozzarella).
The first course had too many spices and parsley, obscuring the true flavor of the dish, and a thin layer of lard on top that hadn't even melted (lardiata).
In short, many dishes were well thought out, but executed a bit sloppily and with ingredients that weren't up to par.
It could definitely improve.
