The coffee and pastries are amazing! An authentic Italian bar, free from tourists and steeped in tradition, in the center of Massa, this coffee shop and pastry shop is a welcome respite. Stepping inside and hearing the townspeople chat, laugh, and be part of a community, without everything being in English, is like feeling like you're back in Italy.

Durante una pausa caffè notavo le colombe esposte per Pasqua e alla mia richiesta su quali varianti potevo trovare mi e’ stata proposta la colomba al caffè. Incuriosito ho deciso di prenderla e devo dire che il gusto e’ straordinariamente delicato e raffinato , la pasta e’ morbida e soffice di color caffè e la glassa di una sapore delicato. Prezzo in linea con le artigianali ma qualitativamente superiore. La consiglio per gli amanti del caffè e non solo

12/10/2025: Very friendly and caring staff. We had baba with rum and ice cream which was delicious and also lemon delight cake. Both made by Maria.
09/10/2025: Best Gelato in town! Me and my wife tried the “Ricotta cheese and Pear” gelato on our first night and we got addicted to it! We literally planned our next day in a way that we end it on a high with the same gelato. Unfortunately, the staff mentioned that the flavour was sold out. We got really bummed as we were actually waiting for the whole day to get our hands on the lovely gelato. After hearing our plight, fortunately, the lovely lady on the counter asked us to wait for 5 minutes. She came out with the fresh gelato of our beloved flavour and we relished every lick of it!!! Cheers to the staff, their kindness and love, and the amazing gelato they serve!!!

Ristorante Pizzeria da Peppino

02/06/2025: Nos arriesgamos en este restaurante, ya que nos encontramos con él justo cuando empezaba a llover y fuimos los primeros clientes, a menudo una mala señal. Pero afortunadamente no en este caso. En media hora, todas las mesas estaban llenas, principalmente de lugareños. Disfrutamos de nuestros grandes pimientos rojos rígidos vegetarianos, pero el plato más popular con diferencia fue escupir - pollo asado, se come en la mesa o como una comida para llevar. Lo hubiéramos ordenado nosotros mismos, si hubiéramos tenido tiempo de volver otro día. Convenientemente situado para la estación de tren.
10/05/2025: Un lugar feliz para pollo con papas fritas caseras. Servicio amable y la señora en la parrilla es encantador ver ocupado. Saludos Adriaan
