The Bar is well located, in the square the products are good, the only flaw are the bees that land everywhere especially on the food, breakfast desserts etc, this is not good! The bar is worth recommending!

Very good Sicilian, the only flaw: they are a bit slow before it arrives, hours and hours pass. Plastic cutlery and tables and chairs as well... the aesthetics should be given more attention also because it is right in the main square. Nice staff. However, a fixed stop when I am in those areas, perhaps during the week, hoping the expected situation will be better..

Mantiene la sua tradizione di classico perenne questo bar un po’ démodé di Milo, che non a torto si potrebbe considerare il cuore dell’Etna e probabilmente il centro più celebre. Quasi del tutto privo di contaminazioni contemporanee, il bar ha un aspetto senza tempo con un’atmosfera anni Settanta. Ottima la tavola calda e i dolci.

Bar cuore

20/10/2024: Live music, decently priced drinks. The atmosphere is AWESOME
14/09/2024: After our 10 day Sicily trip we strolled through the streets of Catania. We happened to see this small but nice bar and the first thing we always ordered was a Sicily Spritz. After countless cocktails of these, I found this one to be the best. Good ambience and nice staff.
