You will find this bar, the first place when you get on top of Tindari, and it’s really worthy to stop here!!As the title already says , we found all the staff very welcoming and the two panini we got, with parma ham,mozzarella and lettuce, were very tasty and fresh!

We were going to the Sanctuary of Tindari and stopped here to have a freshly made granita with very fresh brioche. The place is nice, Lorenzo is friendly and fast. I recommend it.

Il bar del pellegrino si trova a ridosso del Santuario della Madonna del Tindari. La posizione è ideale per chi visita questo luogo sacro. Il bar è un posto semplice ma comodo e pulito. Il personale è accogliente, gli arancini sono eccezionali, soprattutto quello al pistacchio. Consiglio una sosta in questo bar.

Maybe it's because of the change in management but I found the service a little rough. Thankfully, the waiter was kind, but waiting almost an hour for two sandwiches and tubs of chips seemed excessive to me. The price is also excessive.

07/11/2024: Heerlijk gegeten! We hebben ons door de kok laten verrassen. Hij maakte verschillende typische Siciliaanse gerechten. Ook was de rode wijn heerlijk! (Graag horen we nog welke dit was ;-))

25/10/2024: The staff are all lovely, breakfast is amazing, rooms are immaculate!! Aircon and ceiling fans are both in room and make the room very pleasant at night. Pool is an added bonus, as it the bar :) Be aware there are stairs to breakfast room and also many rooms, plus a generous amount to get to hotel. This said it was still an easy walk to shops, water and restaurants. Views are amazing ! Highly recommend!!
24/07/2024: Hotel near the port. Yes it can be easily reached on foot but there is also a small car park where we left the scooter. The rooms are clean and spacious: blue-painted majolica floor, large bathroom, small balcony and in one of the wardrobes... surprise: a small kitchen that can be activated with a surplus. The breakfast is good even if it doesn't have savory foods. The swimming pool, which can also be used on the day of check out, was very useful for waiting for departure in relaxation. Flowers everywhere, hammocks and candles in a hotel with very kind and helpful service. The receptionists were impeccable.
