Very nice and well-kept hotel, helpful and kind owners, attentive to customer needs and always present. The barman DAVIDE AND the entertainer VINCENZO were EXCELLENT for their friendliness, professionalism and education. Excellent location, located near the ski lifts and a stone's throw from the town center and public transport. I would review the management of the room with the service and choice of food and greater precision in cleaning.

I stayed in this hotel last week with my family and everything was super. The rooms were really comfortable and spacious, considering that we have two children. the service in both the restaurant and the hotel was impeccable and the staff were very kind. The position then... what can I say? The hotel is LITERALLY 20 steps from the ski lift. SUPER RECOMMENDED

A real treat for families, excellent structure, polite and helpful staff... the owners are kind and attentive to our every need... and then the great Vincenzo our entertainer... well done... well done... actually very good ...he guided us on many excursions and is uniquely friendly... Beautiful and the ski instructors were very good excellent ski slopes we will see each other this year in December and then it is also beautiful and then also close to the ski school the skis they gave me were beautiful and the instructors were very kind in December

First holiday in the mountains and I have to say it won't be the last! We spent a week in this hotel, centrally located and convenient for parking. Very close to the ski lifts and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff, good and varied food. Clean room and equipped with everything you need. The hotel has a relaxation area with a paddling pool for children with a slide and games and a swimming pool that is not huge but sufficient for relaxing, plus there is a hydromassage outside. The hotel offers a miniclub service and evening entertainment, the girls are good but special praise goes to Vincenzo, the true heart of the entertainment service, daytime companion in the various experiences offered by the area and a very good entertainer for the children guests with baby dance and games : tireless and with a big heart! Well done!

Excellent value for money. Good food and excellent quality. Daily and thorough cleaning. Central and convenient location. Staff attentive to every need and kind. A mention is obligatory for Vincenzo, the always engaging entertainer and excellent guide on excursions. Thanks to Maria for the kind and always efficient restaurant service. We will gladly return.

Nice experience in Andalo as guests of this family-run hotel, equipped with 2 swimming pools, wellness centre, play area and entertainment service and mini club. Very helpful staff. Ideal solution for convenience in the town center.

Really very nice hotel! Excellent location for both the center and Andalolife. A stone's throw from the cable car but also from the bus station. Definitely excellent cuisine! Very helpful staff who were super efficient even in an emergency weather situation. They organize daily trips suitable for everyone! We recommend it to families with children (we stayed there with a 4 month old and a 3 year old). We would like to especially thank Marika who manages everything excellently; Vincenzo, our competent and friendly guide and Maria, a waitress who always brought smiles to our children! Thanks for the nice holiday!
