Perfect experience, excellent location, excellent and plentiful food, efficient waiters, entertainer who drags people along to make them feel at ease, owners with kindness and promptness in solving any problems, I'm only sorry that I can't speak very well about the behavior of the ladies when cleaning the rooms, they committed an unwelcome thing with the bar of soap, which I reported to the property before leaving.

This year too we returned to Andalo and chose the Hotel Cristallo for the umpteenth time, a jewel for its location, rooms, service and excellent food, in fact our stay was exceptional! From the warm welcome to check-out, everything was handled with care and attention. Spacious and impeccably clean room, with a terrace that gave us a breathtaking view. Exceptional location, the Hotel is located in front of the Andalo-Doss Pelà ski lift so you can forget about the car once you arrive. After skiing you can eat divinely or you can relax in the large spa and swimming pool area. What else to say…. I highly recommend it, so much so that we will definitely be back next year for our ski week!!! To conclude I would like to thank all the staff who went beyond our expectations to ensure our stay was perfect. Thanks Marica for your availability.

Wonderful hotel! Everything, absolutely everything, is perfect, you really feel at home thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the owner Mrs. Marika and all the staff. An elegant but at the same time characteristic atmosphere, which characterizes the entire hotel. We stayed in a Paganella room and I must say that we were truly impressed by the attention to detail, the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed (which is not to be taken for granted!), not to mention the bathroom with huge shower equipped with every comfort. The well-kept restaurant with typical dishes is excellent. Not to mention the friendliness of the waiters, in particular Alessio, who was able to manage my food allergies with great care, and my son's countless requests! The icing on the cake: the location! A stone's throw from the ski lifts and the town center!! We will definitely be back ❤️

Central location... Very convenient... in front there is the shuttle bus stop, the ski lift, the equipment rental and the various ski schools... The hotel is clean, the food is good and it also has free and heated equipment storage. MAGNIFICENT POOLS... Everyone is super kind! The entertainment for children is also excellent... I highly recommend!

I have been staying in this facility for years now, and every time everything surprises me as if it were the first time. The place that houses the hotel is wonderful, the landscape is unique and evocative. The extremely comfortable and functional rooms, everything is designed and tailor-made for the customer with a truly unique attention to detail. The proximity to the slopes guarantees very convenient access as they can be easily reached on foot. The restaurant is of a really high standard, the food is excellent and all the staff are unquestionably professional and friendly. Excellent hotel both for the location and for the services available to the customer, all the staff are very kind, the owner Marika is always present, very professional and helpful, Vincenzo the animator of the structure is a very good person, very nice and well prepared, I highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel you will be very satisfied as I was.

Just returned after 5 days with my family (including 2 daughters aged 8 and 14). All the staff very friendly and helpful on all fronts. Very good food, carefully prepared and always different, which can be changed if someone doesn't like it. Simple rooms but with great attention to detail. Animation present, but not intrusive. Perfect location...a stone's throw from the cable car or just cross the road for the bus which takes you to the Rondola school camp in 2 minutes. There are swimming pools, saunas and a beautician available. The only downside is the room near the elevator. Everything else excellent. We will definitely be back.
