Spent the first week of March with family, children, and grandchildren. Excellent location, especially with children. Friendly staff. Everything was satisfactory. Since I don't ski, I particularly appreciated the spa services. In particular, the fabulous massages by Maria, truly skilled, competent, and kind. After my first Alpine massage, I returned a second time. Even the children wanted to try and appreciate Maria's professionalism. I highly recommend her.

A short holiday, beautiful and well-structured hotel, indoor and outdoor swimming pools to absolutely try, cleanliness and courtesy are the masters, perfect location both for the ski lifts or a tour of the town, if I return to Andalo I will stay in this hotel again.

A family-friendly atmosphere, excellent location for skiing, wonderful afternoons at the pool, and a brand-new, comfortable heated outdoor pool. The restaurant is excellent, both for those staying at the hotel and for those open to all. Excellent Trentino dishes, traditional desserts, and even the simple "aglio, olio e peperoncino" (garlic, oil, and chili pepper) are memorable. Highly recommended.

We returned from a family ski holiday. I highly recommend this hotel from every perspective. The staff are extremely professional and extremely courteous. They made this holiday perfect in every way! We'll definitely be back.

Fifth year in Andalo, first time at this fantastic hotel. Centrally located, literally steps from the cable car, all the comforts needed for post-sports relaxation, and the heated outdoor pool remains a sensory experience you'll never forget. The entire staff is courteous and discreet. A peaceful atmosphere with healthy, positive energy, exuding mutual respect and passion for work. We had a small dog with us, and our puppy received the utmost attention as well. We hope to return and highly recommend it. We owe our thanks to the owners. Simply thank you.

Excellent hotel, both for skiers due to its proximity to the gondola lift and for non-skiers who can relax in the indoor spa and take part in guided walks led by the charming entertainer Niccolò. With me and my grandson in the stroller, it was fantastic and allowed me to see other landscapes, discover interesting facts about Andalo, and even make some nice friends. The food is excellent, plentiful, and imaginative. We had a wonderful time.
