We had lunch here, delicious fish couscous. A place to return to.

We returned to this restaurant for lunch after a few years. It was Sunday lunch. We were served bread that I recommend the owners cut on the spot, because it felt hard in the middle, as if it had already been cut some time ago and left ready in the kitchen. However, the calories are likely to spoil. The first courses were very good, especially the busiate with red shrimp and the ravioli with scampi. For the second course, we had fried mixed seafood, but I must point out that the calamari and shrimp were frozen, and the red mullet wasn't fresh. They were served without their heads (and I was already suspicious) and didn't smell good, so we left them. The prices are a little high, but that's understandable given the location. Another thing to note: after we paid, we went outside and found some doves at another table eating the leftovers. Since the restaurant is open, there's a risk of this, but I hope the owners are clean; our table was otherwise clean and tidy. This is a sincere account of an experience. Overall I recommend it, we will probably go back.

Very central location in the square Rude staff; a waitress with black hair speaks to everyone in a very loud and rude tone, slamming ice cream cups on the table.

I'm writing about the ice cream parlor; I haven't tried the restaurant. But I found the staff friendly and the ice cream really good.

Amidst the chaos of Favignana, I arrived in the square for dinner and found this restaurant that I already knew well as a bar. The girl at the cash register, who I later discovered was the wife of one of the owners, was very kind and invited us to sit down. The result? A magnificent dinner; everything was truly delicious, especially the very fresh fish. The appetizers and first courses were excellent. There was only a small problem at the beginning, because we had to change tables and one waitress, perhaps not appreciative, saw it. I don't like certain ways of doing things, and I was about to leave, but the prompt and correct intervention of the owner immediately solved the problem. So much so that the same person made up for the initial shortcoming during the evening. Recommended, and worth trying! Well done.

Really not sure why others have rated this place so low…interacted with maybe four workers and all were so lovely and kind — smiling and eager to help — from the man who served us our gelato to the woman who collected our coffee cups to the man behind the register. Had a lovely cappuccino, delicious hazelnut gelato and some of the best pistachio gelato I’ve had in Sicily. Will be coming back tomorrow! Hope this place’s star rating improves because it’s deserved!
