We'd already tried Bar Commercio for a quick lunch, and the breakfast was also satisfying, with large, fluffy croissants and a good ginseng. It's centrally located with a lovely outdoor terrace, a real landmark in Lecco.

The breakfast here is simple, but good. The menu is easy, I ordered a C4 - eggs, toast, bacon, and cheese. Although simple, it was cooked very well. A great start to the morning in Lecco.
I also ordered this Nutellino espresso to try something new and different, but I wouldn't recommend it. Just get a caffe espresso or cappuccino.
The cameriera, Aku was really attentive and took care of all the clients. She had about 12 tables ranging from 2-8 patrons each! Great job!

A lot of varying reviews for this location.
We stopped here today for a quick cappuccino and some water but, having been given the menus, decided to stay for a light lunch.
The food was fine, service was quick and polite and for a quick, cheap lunch under €40, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. We also noticed a number of locals there too which is always a good sign.
These reviews are of course subjective, and experiences vary on when you go, which staff are on, how busy they are etc but, based on our experience today, we'd happily go back again.

Both the steak and the steak are excellent, served with chips and vegetables.
Also worth trying is their homemade tiramisu. I will definitely go back.

A lovely terrace in the city of Lecco. Service excellent. Aperols are tasty as well from the waiter's recommendation "Lauta" from the little melts.
