It is an excellent venue, with a very beautiful garden, where there is also a theater stage, used for various types of entertainment, music, concerts, dancing evenings, etc. More simply, for a quiet evening in a small pearl among the various city venues. Excellent selection of wines, beers and spirits. The staff is kind and prepared. I advise.

16/04/2025: Posto tipico e accogliente con cucina a vista. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è ottimo. Noi abbiamo preso: polpette di cavolo con uvetta, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, spaghetti di patate con speck teroldego e trentingrana, tiramisù. Se capitate a Trento è un posto che consiglio.
06/12/2024: Cena con amici, locale "intimo" dalle giuste dimensioni e un adeguato numero di tavoli adatto alla filosofia che seguono i proprietari. Atmosfera casalinga ma non troppo, piatti e combinazioni che partono dall'idea della cucina di casa ma rivisitati con stile e fantasia. Porzioni ragionevoli che non devono essere mai esageratamente abbondanti. Consigliato.

Rifugio Sauch

24/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery and just steps from the charming Roccolo del Sauch, discovered by chance while mountain biking above Faedo. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, truly delicious traditional Trentino dishes (polenta, cured meats, rabbit, and homemade desserts). Excellent value, outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Highly recommended!
