Bar Centro Fondo In Vermiglio

Excellent traditional food in a welcoming atmosphere Bar Centro Fondo proves that sometimes the best places are the simplest and most authentic. We stopped for lunch and had a wonderful meal. The canederli were perfect, the carne salada was exquisite, and the polenta was just like grandma makes it. The atmosphere is homey, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are fair. If you're in Vermiglio and want to experience the authentic flavors of Val di Sole, you can't go wrong.

We ate sandwiches, first courses, and second courses. The food was delicious, with quality, locally sourced ingredients. A regular stop!
