A well-located bar and restaurant near the San Leonardo lakes, it's a great place to stop after a hike for breakfast, an aperitif, or lunch. They also offer a good selection of grappas.

Excellent traditional food in a welcoming atmosphere Bar Centro Fondo proves that sometimes the best places are the simplest and most authentic. We stopped for lunch and had a wonderful meal. The canederli were perfect, the carne salada was exquisite, and the polenta was just like grandma makes it. The atmosphere is homey, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are fair. If you're in Vermiglio and want to experience the authentic flavors of Val di Sole, you can't go wrong.
