The bar and restaurant is a historic establishment on the island, family-run. The atmosphere is simple, a bit dated, as is the service. However, the dishes are exquisite: excellent, fresh fish, well-prepared, and the side dishes are also excellent. The wine list doesn't feature inexpensive items, aside from the house wine, but there are also exquisite island wines served by the glass, which allowed us to keep our spending down a bit. The prices are average: quite high, but, as we all know, fresh fish is expensive, and everything on the islands is inevitably more expensive.

It's located near the main square in town. The restaurant is simple, and the indoor terrace is open during this time of year, while in the summer there's also an outdoor one. The cuisine, primarily seafood, is simple but carefully selected. The wine list is unique in offering island wines that aren't always easy to find. We tasted both glasses of rosé, with a touch of Aleatico, and the fragrant Vermentino. For starters, we had excellent maniche with octopus sauce, followed by the freshest grilled and Sicilian-style swordfish. The side dish of roasted peppers (peeled, well-seasoned, and delicious) was excellent. Lemon sorbet was served to finish. The service was impeccable, and the owners were very helpful, and we even had a friendly conversation after dinner. We were tempted by the super-fresh swordfish, but many told us the fried fish is also a real specialty: maybe next time. (Price, including glasses of wine, €120 for two). My boyfriend and I had dinner at this restaurant without a reservation, and even though it was busy, they found us a table. Friendly staff, excellent food, I'd go back! P.S. The mixed fried fish was excellent!!

Simple and very good to do again

The food was good; we tried a fish starter and a fried dish. Since it was a Saturday night during the tourist season, the place was crowded. The staff was friendly, although they were a bit overwhelmed at times due to the number of customers they had to serve. The price was in line with the rest of the island.

Excellent experience. The seafood salad was fresh and well-seasoned, with tender calamari and crispy vegetables. The fried calamari was light and crispy, dry, and tasty. Generous portions and truly excellent fish quality. A place where you eat well and leave satisfied.

The food was okay, nothing special, but you could eat it. It's quite expensive, but that's the island surcharge. The price was calculated on a piece of paper, which was a bit off, especially since you couldn't pay individually, so you didn't know who would have to pay how much.

Primi piatti veramente buoni e porzioni abbondanti (pasta per niente precotta come letto). Locale con una vista mare più che buona! I prezzi leggermente alti, ma si sa che gli approvigionamenti su un'isola hanno dei costi molto alti che vanno ad incidire sul prezzo finale. È così in tutti i locali dell'isola! Comunque lo consiglio vivamente!

Excelente comida y servicio amable! Muy sencillo y discreto desde la calle, una vez dentro de la cocina estaba impecablemente limpia, las vistas desde la terraza del restaurante eran encantadoras. Bonito menú pequeño, con platos locales. Hermosos mariscos cocinados y desiertos caseros! Muy impresionado
