Very welcoming bar overlooking the central square of San Giovanni la Punta. There is plenty of parking nearby. The mulberry granita is very good and so is the brioche. The fried bomb was good but had little cheese inside.

The Centrale bar has been able to improve over time and today it is among the bars that offers excellent "dishes" and good granitas. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

I wanted an aperitif, not knowing where in San Giovanni la Punta, I passed by this bar by chance. What can I say, a hearty aperitif, see photo, friendly and fast service. Nice discovery to come back and try the Sicilian one, they say it is on par with that of Zafferana.

Complete bar in every sense you can get from Sicilian ice cream from coffee to pastries. It also offers outdoor service where you can also enjoy an excellent granita

An evening with the whole family to taste "la Siciliana", fried pizza with tuma and anchovies. Definitely excellent, not at all oily, crumbly, tasty. Perfect service, friendly and polite staff. Thanks Luca for introducing me to this reality.

Excellent fried pizzas, excellent pastries, excellent granita with brioche, excellent staff. The only thing you can't see is a goldfish at the checkout swimming in a plexiglass basin.

07/08/2024: Excellent place, good food, fair prices!!!
05/08/2024: We frequented this restaurant for two consecutive days. On Sunday, we requested a table in an air-conditioned environment, but the place was unbearably hot, and we sweated during the meal. The food was excellent; we ordered pasta with pistachio sauce and zucchini risotto with shrimp. On Monday we returned and asked to sit on the porch. The atmosphere was pleasant, with good wind circulation, and we opted for other dishes: pasta à la Norma and pasta carbonara. Both were delicious. We also tried the horse meat, and the meatballs were very good. The waiters' service was a little confusing, due to the large number of customers and the difficulty in meeting demand. The price is fair.
