05/02/2025: My son and I entered the Trovellesi bar for a short break and by "sensation" we found a pleasant welcome from the staff present, the bartender and the cashier were very polite and kind and with their smile they made us feel at ease.

12/01/2025: During my days in Assisi I chose it as my place of excellence for coffee after meals... I found simplicity and courtesy there. From the guys at the counter to the owner at the cash register, with his exquisite kindness, comes a sense of familiarity and warm welcome towards customers, both tourists and regulars.
