Bar Centrale In Legnaro

Without a doubt, one of Lecco's iconic spots. The baked goods are unmissable; I recommend trying the Veneziane and Colombe. In any case, the pastry is top-notch.

Bar Centrale is one of those places that makes you want to stay as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and refined, with displays full of sweets that will make you hungry even if you didn't want to eat anything. The pastries are incredibly fresh, you can taste their care, and the cappuccinos are well-made, creamy, and without the dull foam you find elsewhere. The staff is calm and friendly, and they serve you without rushing you, but without making you wait. It's the classic bar where you can come for a serious breakfast or a quick snack when you're exploring Lecco. Overall: beautiful place, high quality, no hassle. If you're downtown, it's 100% worth it.

Went for breakfast. It was one of two bars recommended by Gambero Rosso. Upon entering, I wasn't impressed, but then I had to change my mind. The selection wasn't huge for a Saturday at 10 a.m., but the croissants (the ones left) were good and well-leavened. The service takes a bit of hard work, meaning that if you sit down and don't stop a waitress, there's no guarantee anyone will come (unless you're well-known). The price for a sit-down breakfast is average.

We had coffee and Mingions, the place has a nice atmosphere. We recommend it.

Enjoyed my espresso, variety pastries and cakes which were nice. Comfortable seating inside and out. No complaints, would try again.

We had breakfast, the coffee and foccacia were delicious, for dessert we had brioche with pistachio which was also delicious.

For sure best pistachio brioche in Lecco! We take it away in the morning. Staff were really nice and the place looked fine. Grazie mille!
