Far from the usual dishes that are beautiful to look at but simple to eat: here, you'll leave satisfied, both in taste and in your stomach. The menu is meticulously crafted, and the spider crab menu is an experience not to be missed: refined, flavorful, and intelligently crafted, it leaves a lasting impression with its balance and intensity. But the true masterpiece is the amberjack with king trumpet mushrooms: a dish that surprisingly blends sea and land, perfectly cooked and with authentic flavors that blend seamlessly. The sea view is simply spectacular: an ideal setting for a special evening or even just a break from the daily grind. The service is impeccable: present, attentive, but never intrusive. If we really want to find a flaw, the wine list could offer a more mature selection of local labels: at the moment, they're all a bit too young to best accompany such a structured cuisine.
