Whenever I go to Viterbo (I live elsewhere), I drive all the way here, and this review would be over already. Excellent and original sandwiches with homemade bread (at least it seems to be the flavor and texture), with many vegetarian options (AMEN!!!). Delicious toasted, but even better when fresh. Superlative coffee. As I sat there one Saturday morning, The Cure's playlist came on, while the owners, relaxing, prepared more sandwiches at the counter. What can I say? Relaxing.

This is a sandwich bar and food shop, not a proper restaurant. But they do serve tasty and original tramezzini, light on toppings but very varied and healthy. Some are toasted, others are not, appropriately depending on the ingredients. They are accompanied by various good-quality cured meats and cold cuts, assorted bruschetta, and delicious, moderately aged pecorino cheeses. To accompany the cheeses, they also offer some delicious homemade jams. The platters are generous and plentiful (AYCE, which I also served even though I was alone), including a glass of wine or a spritz. The owners are very kind and helpful; for three generous platters, a glass of wine, a liqueur, and an extra mineral water, I spent less than 20 euros. I don't know if they'll keep this promotion going, but for now, it's true. The place is very simple and unpretentious, yet welcoming and pleasant, and the owners are friendly. I highly recommend it.

The tramezzini! A dedicated counter that is a place to dream, comparable to the "great" Roman tramezzinari and similar. Rustic place but with a nice outside and in the shade during aperitif time. The staff is friendly and attentive. A good vegetarian (and vegan) choice on the menu.

We were greeted with a smile and looked after throughout the meal with kindness and helpfulness, never intrusive but always available for every need. Service that truly makes a difference and immediately puts you at ease. ​Moving on to the food, the selection of products is excellent. You can sense the careful selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu offers a variety of options that satisfy all tastes, showcasing authentic flavors without too many frills. ​The portions are truly generous. It's difficult to leave the table unsatisfied; the dishes are rich and satisfying, perfect for those who love good food and don't want to leave empty-handed. ​Considering the quality of the food and the quantity served, the prices are absolutely reasonable, with a fair and honest quality-to-price ratio. Overall, a very positive experience. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes. Highly recommended!

30/11/2025: I recommend this restaurant for its truly beautiful location and spectacular sunset!!! The food is excellent, the special starter is top-notch fettuccine with whitefish, and the staff is very kind.
18/10/2025: A popular local restaurant specializing in both lake and sea fish. Meat options are plentiful. The menu is a good size without being overly limited. The lake fish specialties, which are locally sourced and of excellent quality, are highly recommended. I recommend the fettuccine with whitefish. The prices are more than fair; considering the big city, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.
