This is probably a very nice place to be in the summer, but quite sad in the winter

I booked the scacciata for the evening of Christmas Eve, a soft and well-cooked dough, with a light crunchiness on the edges. The filling was rich and flavorful, with melted cheeses, sausage, broccoli and onions balancing each other perfectly. An explosion of authentic flavors, enriched by a touch of spices and olive oil. A delight that best represents culinary tradition. I highly recommend tasting it and not just the expelled one

Midden in Puntalazzo tegenover de kerk zit deze koffie/patisserie zaak. De keuze uit typische Siciliaanse koekjes en andere lekkernijen is enorm. Niet te vergeten de traditionele "Pasta Di Mandorle" Deze zijn verrukkelijk!

Excellent fried pizzas of many types

This bar and restaurant is the only eatery in puntalazzo. They cook a big variety traditional Sicilian closed pizza (deep fried). In summer their granitas are exceptional and all their shop made sweets are too delicious to comment on.

This address was recommended to us by a local person. The products are excellent, whether savory products but especially pastries. We were received by two very kind and cheerful people. We were able to chat with them and came back the next day. They treated us with great hospitality and we thank them greatly for that. It was a pleasure to pass by their establishment.

Very charming bakery on a picturesque square with a beautiful view in a charming sleepy village. Very friendly help even though we don't speak the language. We had the granita with a delicious brioche. Small price, big pleasure. You can also have a bite to eat and a drink there in the evening.

Excellent Sicilian, perhaps the best I've eaten. , I recommend booking. And if you are sitting outside, bring a jacket, I went in August and it was wonderful.

Saliti da Catania perché amanti della siciliana, devo dire che siamo stati accontentati a metà , era buona ma rispetto alle classiche pedemontane sembrava quasi un pezzo di tavola calda. Buona la birra e la frescura che abbiamo trovato, il personale adeguato ma personalmente, troppa strada per troppo poco.
