Bar Canada In Ventimiglia

My true vacation begins right here in this typical Ventimiglia bar, where I have so many memories. My break is very simple: I always order the usual ritual dish: well-prepared fusulli with ragù. These are every bit as good as the traditional pasta dishes found in local trattorias. Next up are the local focaccias. In the absence of the infamous "piscitella," I opted for tomato focaccias, which are always tempting; their preparation is always something special. Lunch was accompanied by a bottle of still water, and everything ended with a good coffee. Needless to say... and on to the next "starting point." An experience I highly recommend trying.

We came here for a cup of coffee and Italian patisserie. The cappuccino was good and patisserie was airy and sweet. Ample seating indoor.

Very good restaurant. The lasagna was excellent.

We waited 30 minutes for two sundaes, each containing only one scoop of ice cream, for €7.50 each. The server was very friendly, though. The handbag and watch salesmen constantly passing by and chatting up people don't even leave you alone while you're eating, which is unfortunately very annoying.

Best pasta carbo I've ever eaten, just a shame it's closed in the evening. Top-notch and helpful service.

Great cafe next to covered market. Mostly locals with foreigners as well. On pedestrian street. Team has been working there for years and very friendly.
