This historic bar in Casamicciola is a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny because both the ice cream and the coffee are excellent! Congratulations!

We visited the beach bar in the evening for a nightcap. Located right on the beach, it has a great atmosphere. The service was very quick, and our drinks were served after only a short wait. We didn't eat there, as we had just finished dinner at the hotel, but the food being served at the neighboring tables looked delicious.

On our way home from Ischia, my wife and I stopped here for ice cream. At first, we were surprised by the price (€3 per scoop). But the size of the scoop more than made up for it. And the ice cream was absolutely divine! I'll definitely be back if at all possible. Highly recommended!

I don't understand this bar's rating at all.
We received a warm welcome, with attentive service and a lovely waiter.
So, perhaps the prices are a tad higher than elsewhere, but you should know that with a beer, you get small bags of chips, tarilli, peanuts, and other snacks, as well as a plate of small pizza slices. So, in the end, there's nothing wrong with the prices.
We had a very good time.

Whenever I pass through Casamicciola, I absolutely must stop at Calise, first and foremost for the skill of the legendary Peppe Cacciutto with his coffees, Americanos, and cappuccinos, and then for the friendliness, hospitality, and professionalism of everyone else, including Peppe, the manager! Well done.
