A charming, unobtrusive location, a classic Cremonese osteria. The owner is friendly, but the chef is exceptional. The chicken and risotto are fabulous! The meat is buttery! Excellent value and excellent service.

An unassuming restaurant, but since we didn't book anything in Cremona, it was the only one available. We waited over 45 minutes for a plate of cold cuts! Terrible Marubini, acceptable risotto.

The risotto at Bolero is truly a marvel! Creamy, tasty, made with care — you can taste the passion in the kitchen. The service was also perfect: kind, attentive and super welcoming. We felt truly pampered. A special place in Cremona, we will definitely be back!

All good, even if the place is really small and eating outside is not the best with the uneven cobblestones and the mini tables... but the service and the cuisine are worth it. Price slightly above the norm, very little parking nearby, it is located in the center.

25/07/2025: Typical Italian restaurant, quite nice, clean. The mussels and gnocchi were very good. The pizzas are thin crust but quite good. However, the desserts were not up to scratch.
21/07/2025: We happened upon this pizzeria by chance, unaware that there was a Riposso in Italy. The person who greeted us was very kind in letting us know the time, as we had just arrived around 1:40 PM. I told him we were just coming for lunch, and they said it was no problem. In short: Great pizza. Good prices. Friendly and professional staff. We ended up leaving at 2:15 PM, and the service was super efficient. The only thing I would recommend for anyone who doesn't know anything is to arrive around noon or after 3:45 PM if you want to take your time. It was delicious.
