25/04/2026: We dined and stayed at the property. Both the accommodation and the surrounding environment truly seem to have stood still in time. Everything is old and nostalgic, welcoming and respectful of years gone by. The restaurant lives up to its name. Rustic, welcoming, and intimate enough for an evening with friends or as a couple. You're surrounded by bottles of wine and antiques, and the service is courteous and friendly, flawless. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes are truly meticulously prepared. We opted for the tagliata (a sliced ​​steak) and a cockerel, along with two glasses of wine, and finished with a panna cotta. Everything was delicious. The clientele is quite high-class, which suggests this is a gem that locals reserve for special occasions. Breakfast is plentiful, with the option of a savory option (those scrambled eggs were excellent), and you can enjoy a truly charming dining room. The only flaw is the dinner for the cockerel; they should write that it's half a cockerel, not a whole one. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
