The place is dated, the furnishings are dated, the staff is dated. But a coffee granita with cream, an almond ice cream, a spumone that you find at their place you won't find anywhere within a 300 kilometer radius.

02/08/2025: Yesterday I stopped by Materia asking if they had vegan options. Let me start by saying, I was absolutely thrilled. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, welcoming me with a smile, and preparing me a sandwich that for a few seconds made me forget who I was 😅. Vegetables, carefully cooked separately with their marinade, caramelized onion, and then he added the special ingredient, the care. I watched him prepare the sandwich from the open kitchen; you could feel all the passion, care, and love for his work. He didn't just add a few vegetables to make me happy, as often happens in places when I say I'm vegan. That sandwich tasted as good as one made by my mom. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I truly wish you all the best. ☺️

19/08/2025: We went to eat at this wonderful restaurant this evening, which we discovered by chance, and the experience was truly excellent, from the service to the food. We had appetizers and pasta. My compliments to Mrs. Nina and her staff. I highly recommend it.
19/08/2025: I went to this place with a couple of friends for our summer vacation. It was a delightful discovery. The service was excellent, courteous, and flawless. The food was simply fantastic, and perhaps that's an understatement. You feel like you're at grandma's house, from the appetizers to the main courses. Nina is fantastic. If I ever pass through here, I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend them. They're excellent.
