I really don't understand some of the negative reviews. This ice cream shop is a small treasure worth preserving: the care taken in preparing the cream makes for a simple, delicate gelato that's truly artisanal, not bloated with cream and other creams. Highly recommended.

The place is dated, the furnishings are dated, the staff is dated. But a coffee granita with cream, an almond ice cream, a spumone that you find at their place you won't find anywhere within a 300 kilometer radius.

04/10/2025: I give it 5 stars for their desire to offer something beyond local cuisine, but I recommend serving the tagliolini with truffle without cream, but simply with butter, with truffle shavings and not grated, as the recipe calls for... Unfortunately, cream kills everything.
