I wanted something gluten-free, but both a few days ago and today, they tell me that they don't have sandwiches of this kind. It seems strange to me that the Esselunga bar doesn't have one. This could be improved

Fresh products, excellent cleanliness, friendly sales assistants, moderate prices

Friendly staff, large environment where you can enjoy a good breakfast or a quick lunch with varied and ready-made menus.

It's a shame that the croissants with the Venchi filling were finished even though it wasn't even late, but the other brioches also remain a good choice. Just as the cappuccino was delicious. Too bad they didn't even ask us if we wanted a sprinkling of cocoa or cinnamon on top. Just as it is a shame that, unlike other tables, we were not offered glasses of water. They are small things, but they matter a lot to me. I imagine, however, that the intention on the weekend is always to thin out the queue as quickly as possible, so I don't blame them. For the rest, the quality is always that of the Esselunga bar. Delicious products.

The coffee is always good and stopping at Berlo after shopping is a pleasant ritual, thank you
