Bar Apollo In Fasano

18/10/2025: Friendly service and decent portions, price seemed fair for the location. The ice cream wasn’t quite right — we had pistachio and caramel, but the flavours were a bit off.

01/10/2025: We were on our way back from Alberobello. It was raining so much that our guide suggested skipping the city tour of Ostumi. We escaped to the nearest restaurant. We were lucky and got a table. Porcini was in the display case, and we took the opportunity to order tagliatelle porcini. We only had an hour. It was delicious, and we even got an extra plate of fresh mushrooms, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. The prices for wine and food are, of course, like in Switzerland in a touristy place. But it was definitely delicious, and the service was great!
