18/06/2025: This is a beautiful hotel filled with historical charm and lux amenities, nestled in the heart of the city is close to all that you need. We were walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, shopping, and delicious eateries (Osteria Fortunada). The staff was highly professional and quite accommodating and upgraded our room to a two-story apartment to allow more space for the children. They made an extra bed, which was more than we could ask for. Everyone slept in clean comfort after sleeping in a more cozy cabin stay on a 7 night cruise. The staff even secured our luggage for us to allow us to site see before check in. The complimentary daily breakfast was absolutely fulfilling and delicious! We were expecting to pay for that type of quality and service. The views on the rooftop terrace for breakfast was spectacular! Not to mention the roof top bar and lounge at night (reservation recommended). The water in the shower did get cold quickly, but that may just be a city issue rather than the hotel itself. If ever in Rome again, the Eitch Borromini would be our choice!

13/06/2025: An amazing luxury hotel right in the heart of Rome. The rooms are spacious and extremely well furnished. The staff is attentive and friendly. Breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend.
