I had dinner in an unusual but splendid garden, excellent pasta and impeccable service

The trattoria is open on Mondays in August; the online hours are not updated. Ordered dishes: Rabbit plin Borage tagliatelle with ragù Liver salami French fries Rostelle The rabbit plin was very good. Borage tagliatelle was good, but nothing special. The liver salami was inedible, small, burnt, and very salty. The fries were way too salty. The rostelle were a solid 9 out of 10. On a positive note: homemade cooking. The allergen information is super precise!!!! Reservations recommended; they have a double serving in the evening: 1st serving at 7:30 PM and 2nd serving at 9:00 PM. I'd return just for the rostelle. Romantic location, outdoors, under the pine trees... I'd add some citronella candles to create ambiance and keep mosquitoes away. My "rating" is a 3.5 I'm giving it a 4 to encourage them to always do better, because there's potential and because the rostelle were really good.

It's delightful to dine in the garden, where they set up tables in the summer. Superb ravioli and Abruzzo-inspired dishes, including pasta wheels. Fast service, courtesy of a team of friendly young people.
