You can tell there is a good intention to serve freshly homemade food. The ravioli and the gnocchi were great . Thin pasta , freshly made. Hard on a side. I had it with meat sauce. The ravioli where coked perfectly. Unfortunately the meat sauce needed little bit more cooking and some sugar to correct the acidity. The homemade gnocchi with Local fresh artichoke were great.
As a main dish I had the “vitello tonnato”. The meat for my test was over cooked and the Tonnato sauce missed a bite, for my taste. I am not a big fan of tonnato sauce made with pre made, canned Majo ….but it looks like to be the standard in many trattoria I visited in Italy. The Arosticini were good. As per te dessert I had the tiramisu….way to heavy.
Aver all the experience was good. I will definitely be back for the freshly homemade ravioli, but this time I will have them with sage and butter to appreciate the pasta. The service was great And all the staff was nice and accommodating. A good balance between food and the check.

After a 12 hour drive and not having had lunch even though the kitchen opens at 7.30pm they allowed us to have dinner earlier, starting from the staff to the owner a 10, the food was really high quality and well presented, thank you very much for the welcome I hope to be able to stop on my way back to Spain

Abbiamo prenotato in questa trattoria dopo un lungo viaggio ed è stata una piacevolissima esperienza. Menu corto, pochi tavoli cucina fatta in casa. Tutto buono e genuino .

A place with a small room (7/8 tables) which in summer is lucky enough to have a very pleasant outdoor space... a small garden with trees that guarantee a bit of coolness. The menu includes a few dishes, made "like at home"... excellent ravioli and first courses... exquisite kebabs and desserts.

Ci è stato consigliato da amici di Sanremo e quindi abbiamo scelto in fiducia e per la loro esperienza, e così pure ci è stata consigliata la prenotazione. Sempre su suggerimento degli amici abbiamo ordinato gnocchi al pesto e, il piatto forte costituito dalle rostelle tipiche della riviera ligure: ottime dal punto di vista della consistenza e della cottura.
Diciamo l'unica criticità ma credo sia stata una defiance l'abbiamo riscontrata nel servizio che forse si era dimenticato di noi, ma comunque il personale si è dimostrato da subito gentile e si è scusato per l'inconveniente.

Nice outdoor restaurant in the small square with nearby parking. Very popular. Small but perfect menu. Note the borage ravioli and the kebabs (meat skewers). Young and courteous staff. Low prices. To be recommended. Better to book.

Fantastically atmospheric and beautiful place to eat, under the trees, with friendly and attentive staff.
Delicious pasta and gnocchi. Sadly no main courses except for meat. Tiramisu rather dry. But still would definitely come again— especially if there begin to be some vegetarian or fish main courses.
