Excellent, quiet bar with a view of the wonderful—and underrated—Piazza IV Novembre. The food and drinks are excellent, and the service is quick and efficient. After frequenting Bar ai Portici a couple of times, they treat you like a regular and remember your preferences. I especially appreciate that the tables are always spotless, which unfortunately isn't a given at other establishments. Reasonable prices.
