Wonderful! Top quality fish. Incredible service and absolutely comfortable, welcoming and cozy place. The guy amazed me, always super prepared and sunny, he immediately knows how to get the directions if you are looking for advice and manages to make you feel at home! I will definitely be back.

I think it is one of the best places in Udine where you can eat good raw fish. The beers are more or less the "usual" oriental ones, while the wines are local, so you can go for sure.
The only small flaw is the place, being limited you can find yourself with full reservations, so call at least two or three days in advance to book.
I have already been here three times, and I have always been treated well, and not like a "eat, pay, bye" customer.
Compliments to the owner who is always sunny with all the customers, and obviously also to those behind the scenes, that is in the kitchen. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Keep it up, and if you can do better, so be it.

I went to dinner with a friend for the first time and it made a really good impression on me. The place is welcoming and quiet, perfect for a dinner for two. I took a couple of uramaki and found them excellent, not to mention the high quality of the ingredients which is now difficult to find. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Fair prices for the quality. I will definitely go back :3

I went to Banshi in Udine for dinner with friends and we had a really good time. The environment is modern and welcoming, with soft lights that immediately create a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease. The dishes arrive quickly and well presented, with always fresh ingredients. It is the ideal place for an evening of sushi in company, without too many pretensions but with a lot of quality, we will definitely return to try other dishes

I have visited several Sushi (not all you can eat) and objectively speaking Banshi is the best in terms of quality and goodness of the dishes.
Not a very large but intimate and welcoming environment perfect for dining with your partner (having limited seats I recommend booking) or alternatively ordering home delivery, very fast even in deliveries.

I've been dreaming of going to eat at Banshi for a long time and my dream has finally come true. Welcoming atmosphere and very well looked after service available to respond to every need. The quality of the fish was excellent (I recommend taking the uramaki with fried prawn) and the presentation was really inviting. The only flaw, if it must be found, in the "Medium Tray" I would have preferred a little more variety of raw fish and not just salmon. Experience to be repeated, superior to any All you can eat

Prendevo gia spesso a domicilio trovandomi sempre bene, ho deciso dopo un po’ di tempo di andare in loco per una cena. Se il domicilio era già molto buono, sul posto ancora di più. Sushi e pesce freschi e di qualità, primi piatti ottimi e clima accogliente, nonostante il locale sia piccolo, l’ambiente è confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Una nota di merito per i taglieri, che mentre si va ai servizi si possono intravedere, bianchi e pulitissimi.

Ottimo locale! Sempre pulito di ragazzi che hanno voglia di innovazione e buttarsi a capofitto nella buona ristorazione!
Ottimo pesce fresco, un’ottima selezione e varietà dello stesso, buonissime combinazioni e anche un avocado e mango da invidiare ad altri posti!
Se qualcuno desidera provare del buon sushi in città e sopratutto non nella formula del “all you can it”, pertanto scegliendo la qualità, questo locale è assolutamente da provare!
PS: consiglio di provare anche la birra loro!.
