Banshi In Udine

I stopped by yesterday for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the very welcoming and well-decorated atmosphere and the staff who immediately put me at ease. I ordered everything raw and it was truly excellent; the salmon melted in my mouth! I will definitely be back!

We went to Banshi for dinner with friends and were truly satisfied. The place is well-kept and welcoming, with a quiet atmosphere that allows you to enjoy the evening without too much noise. The staff was very kind and helpful, recommending a few dishes (including a really good off-menu uramaki) and making us feel at ease right away. The sushi was fresh and well-prepared; we tried a bit of everything, and the hot dishes were excellent too. You can tell they pay attention to both the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. I'll gladly return, perhaps for a quieter dinner with my partner!
