I have been an employee of Banda for almost two years now, and what I felt here I have not experienced in 9 years of catering, a mistreated sector on the employee side. Anyone who works in this field knows.
Do you know what it means to be a waiter and be able to ask for a day off, including Saturdays or holidays? Having free time, being able to express one's work and non-work needs, being listened to, being able to have one's say, taking part in decisions, having mistakes accepted, having a regular paycheck and a nice, well-paid contract, enjoying training, company trips and dinners, feeling respected as a person and a worker...? If I were to continue there wouldn't be enough space.
Here, here I discovered that working for a pub is not a makeshift, it's not disgusting, it's not the usual poorly paid bullshit with no incentives where they push you to believe that if you're a waiter it's because you're not capable of doing anything else , you have to bring two plates anyway... you look at the penny and nothing more.
Do you know what's behind every sandwich, every event, every thing?
A group of guys, complementary to each other, who were able to RESPECT each other in ideas, in decisions, without climbing over each other, understanding the value of PEOPLE and putting them at the center of every project. It seems obvious, trust me it's not when money is involved.
This thousandth review perhaps doesn't count for anything, but if I were you I would be very proud of what has been created, not only on the customer side, but above all on the company side.
You are a wonderful thing and I will be grateful even when I am in the Maldives sipping cocktails served in coconuts.

Posto molto carino e accogliente. Posto dentro e fuori molto grande. Personale gentile, simpatico e attento ai dettagli. Panini unici nel suo genere hamburger buoni e rari da vedere. Prodotti freschi e deliziosi. Dolci unici,speciali ma soprattutto deliziosi. Rapporto cliente cameriere perfetto. Continuate così 💪😉
