Very kind staff and fast and efficient service. The place (in our case, the outdoor terrace) is taken care of in every detail and quiet. The food is absolutely exquisite: very fresh fish and interesting and modern combinations. We can't wait to come back!

I often stop to read various opinions from Customers (I speak as a former Restaurateur) to whom I advise not to be offensive ... but polite in expressing criticism; it would be better for everyone to address any shortcoming directly with the Owners of the Place to try to address each problem in a Constructive manner ... Reading gratuitous Offenses, leads to nothing. Respecting the Work of Others is a sign of Intelligence .... Confronting, means trying to improve yourself more and more every day!

Every year in Alassio, it's a special treat for me to visit Banchina 51, which specializes in fish and seafood cuisine – and this year was no different. No matter which dish I ate, and there were several, it was simply unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed; the staff is attentive and friendly, which makes a very positive first impression. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking and makes the experience even more special. Every dish served is a true delight – so delicious and perfectly prepared that you could almost say it's an orgasm for the palate. The freshness of the seafood and the dishes, the creative preparations, and the loving presentation delight me every time I visit. I should mention that I'm not a dessert lover, but at Banchina 51, I can't resist the Cremoso al cioccolato fondente. Overall, this year was another culinary highlight for me, and I can highly recommend it to every fish lover. It's a place where you can not only enjoy great food but also unwind. We have frequented this great restaurant for a year now. The food has always been very good and the service from the owners, Martina and Angela, is always magnificent. Recently, Martina has returned to the kitchen crew and the food is even better than before. If you go to Alassio, be sure to check this place out. It's the best in Alassio.

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante, location carina e personale gentile. Personalmente ho trovato i piatti buoni ma non eccellenti come mi sarei aspettata da un ristorante classificato numero 01 di Alassio su Tripadvisor. Rapporto qualità prezzo medio/alto.

Concedimi un minuto perché stavolta ne vale davvero la pena. Se cerchi la cucina tradizionale ligure ok, lo capisco, anche a me piace molto. Alassio è piena di ristoranti che ti fanno trenette al pesto e coniglio alla ligure, non hai bisogno del mio consiglio. MA Se invece come me cerchi una cucina di ricerca e creativa, fatta non per stupire ma per trovare sapori inaspettati e abbinamenti sorprendenti, allora prenota un tavolo qui e ti garantisco che non te ne pentirai. A partire dalla linguina alle vongole, ottima ma abbastanza classica, fino ai piatti più creativi e originali, qui tutto vale la pena di essere provato. Tanto da azzardare che per quanto riguarda la cucina (la sala, per quanto direttamente sul mare, risente un po' delle limitazioni della scarsità di spazio tipica della Liguria) secondo me la Banchina 51 potrebbe essere molto vicina a meritare una stella. Questo per dire che finché riesci a cenarci con 50-70€ secondo me dovresti precipitarti a provarlo, e poi tornarci pure. Anzi mi spiace di non avere speso di più e provato più di 4 piatti (due dei quali condivisi in due - tra cui un un *incredibile* tortino di cioccolato con patè di olive e sfere di limone gelificate - con due calici, meno di 100€ in tutto). A questi prezzi ti garantisco che è davvero una cucina da non perdere. Erano forse anni che non restavo così sorpreso da piatti che sono anche curatissimi sul piano estetico. Un gioiellino, e uno dei rari casi in cui do senza esitazioni la quinta stella, per di più a un locale che mi pare abbia ancora avuto il riconoscimento che merita.
