We had a wonderful time at this seaside restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and carefully prepared. The service was impeccable: warm, professional, and attentive. A pleasant setting that makes you want to come back. I highly recommend it!

Lunch on Sunday, September 7th, al fresco with the sea just 1 meter away. We had grilled calamari, tuna tartare, and two dishes of the day: tagliatelle al nero with diced swordfish and swordfish tataki and fried eggplant. Excellent food, top-quality Pigato wine. Definitely worth returning many times.

I returned after a year and was not disappointed. The service was professional and the wait times were perfectly in line with other restaurants. The quality of the dishes was excellent, as was the service and the professionalism of the staff. The tuna fillet and octopus were excellent.

Had dinner this evening at the end of our stay in Alassio. My wife and I had a great time. The dishes: red tuna tartare was sublime in both texture and flavor, pasta with clams was good and plentiful, triple-cooked octopus was good but a bit sparse in quantity, and desserts were good but the shortcrust pastry was a bit dry. A bottle of local Pigato DOC white wine was adequate, though perhaps a little expensive. The price is a constant in this town. The food was quality, but it should be 15% less to be in line with the norm. But after all, we're in a period of inflation, so we had factored that in.

The portions are really small—a main course (€20–24) is barely enough to fill you up. A bottle of wine costs at least €30, and a glass €7. The food is tasty, but nothing exceptional.

A special dinner! The menu isn't extensive, but it has many treats, like the calamari among the appetizers, which are truly delicious. The tagliolini are also highly recommended! If I ever return to Alassio, I'll definitely stop by again.

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante, location carina e personale gentile. Personalmente ho trovato i piatti buoni ma non eccellenti come mi sarei aspettata da un ristorante classificato numero 01 di Alassio su Tripadvisor. Rapporto qualità prezzo medio/alto.

Positiva valutazione per quanto abbiamo mangiato. Sono rimasto sorpreso al momento del conto per costo € 30 per tre calici di franciacorta. Prezzo non indicato su lista vini ne precisato da cameriere. Vino peraltro servito senza un assaggio a questo prezzo? Qualcosa da rivedere forse.

16/09/2025: Great place to eat. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable. Don't forget to order the house specialty coffee, "heart attack" coffee. You'll never forget it 😉
27/08/2025: Today we visited Caffe Caboto restaurant in Savona and were very, very satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, where they will do their utmost to accommodate you. We needed a special meal for our son with food allergies, and the staff helped us choose a suitable dish. They had perfect knowledge and an overview of the composition of the food and allergens. The food itself was very tasty, and the service was very friendly and pleasant. The staff communicated very well in English. I am surprised that this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star, as it certainly deserves one. I will definitely visit this restaurant again on my next visit to Savona. I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service and wish them every success, because they deserve it. Today we visited Caffe Caboto restaurant in Savona and were very, very satisfied.
