Bamboo is one of those places that wins you over from the first moment. It is undoubtedly among my favorite fusion restaurants in Bolzano, and every time I go back it is a confirmation of its superior quality.
The dishes are simply impeccable, presented with care and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed.
The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner, but also for an evening with friends. The staff is always friendly and professional, attentive without ever being intrusive. It's one of those places where you know you're in good hands from start to finish.
