Bamboo In Bolzano

Bamboo is one of those places that wins you over from the first moment. It is without a doubt my favorite Japanese restaurant in Bolzano, and every time I go back it is a confirmation of its superior quality. The dishes are simply impeccable: sushi and sashimi prepared with the freshest ingredients, presented with care and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. The tempura is also exceptional, light and crunchy at the right point. Every bite is an experience that makes you understand how much passion and skill there is behind every preparation. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner, but also for an evening with friends. The staff is always kind and professional, attentive without ever being intrusive. It's one of those places where you know you're in good hands from start to finish. For me, Bamboo represents the excellence of Japanese cuisine in Bolzano. If you want to enjoy dishes of the highest quality in a refined and welcoming environment, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is very nice, well-kept and modern. Delicious and well-executed dishes. All in all it was a great find and we will definitely be back.

The sushi is very good but 5 euros for water and 3 euros for cover seems like an exaggeration to me

Very good and quality sushi (à la carte). The place wasn't bad, the service not the best. The waitress seemed slightly listless. The quality of the food and the presentation of the dishes saves the day.

Un japonés en Bolzano de primera. Los platos muy elaborados y todo riquísimo, y tienen buena carta de vinos. Llegamos a falta de media hora para cerrar cocina pero nos atendieron estupendamente, unos de los camareros de defendía un poco con el español y eso nos facilitó mucho la comunicación a la hora de pedir comida en un japonés en Italia, así como el vino, pues ya sabemos que allí hay mucha cultura del vino. Eso si, barato no es, pero si pasas por allí de viaje y es una ocasión especial te lo recomiendo al 100%. Os pongo fotos de la carta y de los platos que pedimos. La cerveza japonesa que pedimos estaba buenísima también, algo más fuerte que la cruzcampo, se parecía más a una Estrella Galicia.

We always come here when we go to Bolzano and the sushi and Asian dishes never disappoint. Thankfully they have extended the restaurant and there is much more space and light. A warm and friendly vibe adds to the cosy environment. Outstanding! Reservations highly recommend and the menu has something for everyone.

Il locale è molto raffinato e il personale gentile. Abbiamo ordinato diversi piatti di sushi e ci sono piaciuti tutti. Finalmente un sashimi a Bolzano con sapore e che viene servito non gelato. Non fanno all you can eat ma i prezzi sono nella norma dato che stiamo parlando di pesce.
