We had already reviewed it with 5* but after a few years we have to revise our review. The courtesy and welcome that characterized this place have disappeared. The food remains good, but if you care about being served with a smile and kindness.... it's no longer the right place. We are great lovers of Sushi and we will look for other places because we believe that a restaurant experience should not only consist of "filling your belly" but also of all the side dishes. If you decide to go anyway, ask for a table in the small room (old Bamboo) because the new room is very noisy when full.

The recently renovated place is welcoming even if a little noisy. You are welcomed and served with kindness and courtesy.
The menu combines Japanese cuisine with local taste in a very pleasant way and manages this mediation with creativity.
There is a wide choice of sushi, sashimi etc, but in the end we were enticed by the tuna millefuille and the amberjack carpaccio. They were excellent. And the udon and maguro steak, i.e. tuna, also proved to be excellent.
For delicious dishes the prices are more than acceptable. We hope to be able to return soon.

Il locale da poco rinnovato è accogliente anche se un po' rumoroso. Si viene accolti e serviti con gentilezza e cortesia.
Il menù coniuga in maniera molto gradevole la cucina giapponese con il gusto locale e gestisce questa mediazione con creatività.
C'è una vasta scelta di sushi, sashimi etc, ma alla fine siamo stati allettati dal tuna millefuille e dal carpaccio di ricciola. Erano ottimi. E ottimi si sono rivelati anche gli udon e la steak di maguro, cioè tonno.
Per piatti prelibati i prezzi sono più che accettabili. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare presto.

A gastronomic experience in a sushi restaurant that combines contemporaneity and refinement.
The environment, with attention to detail with a minimalist but refined design, creates a perfect atmosphere for enjoying quality dishes.
The dishes, prepared with fresh and selected ingredients, are tasty and well presented. The wine list, interesting and varied, goes well with the various proposals on the menu.
Despite having a higher than average price, the overall experience fully justifies the investment, standing out for its quality and refinement compared to the local competition.

Ate very well! I love the new menu, suitable for everyone, even those who are less fond of Asian cuisine. Plus delicious cocktails. Now my favorite place.

Il ristorante ha due sale, una più intima l'altra un po' più grande, ma entrambe eleganti e ben arredate. Il sushi è davvero buono, nulla a che fare con i tanto di moda all you can eat. Tutto è preparato con attenzione e ci hanno permesso di fare anche delle variazioni nei piatti. Noi abbiamo preso un misto sushi, che appunto abbiamo chiesto con una prevalenza di salmone, che piace molto a mia figlia. I gamberi in tempura era croccanti e per niente unti...abbiamo fatto il bis! Il sashimi di salmone era morbidissimo...sembrava burro!
Per chiudere, tortino al cioccolato che ha entusiasmato la mia piccola! Camerieri cortesi e sorridenti!!!

Very good sushi.
Crab tempura not the best.
Water served in a plastic bottle, I would have expected something more for what it costs.
