I've been to Bamboo Restaurant and I must say it was a very pleasant experience! The restaurant has been tastefully renovated and has a welcoming, modern atmosphere. The dishes we ordered were excellent and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The service could be a little better, but overall we were treated well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience in a pleasant atmosphere. This restaurant has a great atmosphere, warm and comfortable lighting, and the food is served quickly and the taste is equally satisfying. If you are looking for a restaurant in the center of Bolzano that will not disappoint, this is definitely a good choice.

Very tasty and unusual dishes. Friendly service. Good value for money. Unfortunately, there are only a few vegetarian dishes.

This restaurant is a true gem. Every course was amazing, and the service was impeccable. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. If you love authentic sushi, this is the place to be.

Comimos aquí con nuestro perro, pero solo nos sentaron fuera, la zona era un poco esquemático. El servicio era tan. La comida y las bebidas sin embargo eran muy buenas. El sushi era genial y el rollo que comimos era realmente delicioso, lleno de sabor. Todo sabía fresco y estaba bien presentado. El sbagliato negroni era excelente, refrescante y diferente. A un precio razonable diría, quizás un poco en el lado caro, pero era una buena relación calidad-precio. Volvería Defo.

E il cibo è di altissima qualità e raffinezza con una scelta di vini meravigliosa.
