It was all so delicious I could have applauded with every bite! The staff was incredibly kind, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and Bamboo has now become our favorite place here in Bolzano ❤️

A beautifully renovated restaurant – modern, cozy, and designed with great attention to detail. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the service is truly top-notch. The food is very good, and the menu is appealing. The only slight drawback is that the prices are a bit high. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth a visit – perfect for a lovely evening or a special meal.

Ate here twice in 6 days and loved it! The nigiri was extremely fresh and tasty, and the entire family loved the Kings Roll. I was expecting to find mediocre sushi up here in the mountains and was surprised by how fresh and tasty it was. Highly recommend!

I've been to Bamboo Restaurant and I must say it was a very pleasant experience! The restaurant has been tastefully renovated and has a welcoming, modern atmosphere. The dishes we ordered were excellent and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The service could be a little better, but overall we were treated well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience in a pleasant atmosphere. 15/09/2025: Best and freshest sushi in town. Very friendly staff. We came with a baby and could sit in the semi-private area that was quite so our baby could peacefully sleep.

30/10/2025: I've been to Bolzano many times. I've tried some good restaurants, but: what friendly, professional, and warm service. The food: it was recommended to us by the owner. And we were more than pleasantly surprised. So good and of such high quality. From now on, a must-try.
