Shoshin Japanese Restaurant

01/05/2025: It’s just your average all you can eat sushi restaurant which has the benefit of often being hard to find in a place like Puglia.
26/03/2025: Typical "sushi" place from a few years ago.... I would recommend a more comfortable setting with a strategic commercial choice aimed at modernizing the furnishings and diffusing the lights. The cuisine is good
