Ballarak Magione In Palermo

Best beer bar in Palermo. They have craft beers, as do their guests, and they don't stop at just beers. The aperitivo with a platter is sorely missing (especially the vegetarian one, which was delicious), but there are other equally good options. The shows and outdoor space complete the magic, even when you're sober!

Probably the 'go to' place for craft beer in Palermo. A wide selection of their own brews on tap plus a few guests covering a considerable range of styles. Also, the range of snacks/small meals is decent enough. Well worth a visit if you are in Palermo! Just a word of warning: if you can, check their planned opening time directly with them before turning up. My experience on more than one occasion is that published information via Google, etc. is either not always accurate or is, at best, 'aspirational'. Current Google information claims they open at 18:00 but, as a recent example on Tuesday 9/9/2025, it was 18:15 by the time they finally started taking orders with several thirsty customers waiting outside ...).

Great atmosphere, I had a great time! Varied drink selection, I recommend the peach iced tea. The manager is very nice. The restrooms are very clean and the outdoor space is very pleasant.

Beer in the city. If you're craving beer, you have to go to Ballarak. Simple evenings spent laughing and enjoying a college atmosphere.
