Last night I had dinner at Balik in Turin and it was a unique experience! Refined and welcoming place with impeccable service. High quality food, refined products, raw materials in first place and a perfect mix of flavours. We took the tasting menu. The palate thanks. Fish of the highest quality and cooked in an excellent manner. Divine salmon, shrimp, and octopus! Not to mention the desserts, one better than the other. I can't wait to go back. Trained, kind, smiling staff and top-notch service. I will definitely return! Thank you for the unique flavors you made me try!

Surprisingly delicious potato appetizer and almost perfect pizzas: light and tasty, fresh and well-assorted ingredients. We were at ease, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful and comfortable environment. Impeccable service and fair price.

Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Balik in Turin and it was an extraordinary experience! The welcoming and refined venue, with an intimate atmosphere and impeccable service, made the evening even more pleasant. We started with a crispy, light fry, browned to perfection and served in a beautiful rustic presentation. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly their famous Nuvola, a deep pizza dough, very soft but at the same time crunchy on the outside, which melts in the mouth. Seasoned with the highest quality ingredients, such as salmon tartare and a velvety cream, each bite was an explosion of balanced and refined flavours. Finally, the dessert was the perfect conclusion: served in an elegant glass cup, with an enveloping taste and full of surprising details. All accompanied by an excellent selection of wines that enhanced each course. The staff were kind and attentive, demonstrating great professionalism. Balik is undoubtedly a pearl in the heart of Turin, a perfect place for those who love gourmet cuisine with a touch of innovation. We will definitely be back!

Dinner with 'colleagues', tried the tasting menu, very particular doughs and ingredients, craft beers and very good desserts. Excellent service and nice location. Medium-high prices, but absolutely worth trying!
