I have been coming to this refuge for at least 10 years and I must say that I will always return. Unique staff with Patrizia, Marco and all his family and staff. Excellent hospitality because they make you feel at home. We eat very well. The welcoming rooms with a fascinating mountain style: there is nothing more beautiful than opening the window in summer and hearing the ringing of the cows grazing. TOP!

After a snowshoe hike we went to restaurants at the Valmaron refuge which I have been frequenting for years. Good culinary experience, even if the presence of many people at the same time did not help the service. However, it is worth making a stop

We only used the bar... nice refuge in a wonderful place... we went after a walk in the snow... it offers three free tours on beaten paths... super BOMBARDINO

It's been years since I went to Valmaron, it's a relaxing place with several circular paths to immerse yourself in nature, supported by an excellent restaurant: the Valmaron Refuge. The environment is welcoming, thanks to the wooden furniture. In my opinion, the menu is extensive, there are in fact several first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts. I was satisfied and amazed by the generous portions in relation to the excellent prices!! It has become one of my favorite dining retreats.

We really like this place. We didn't stay overnight or have lunch but we always went there in the afternoon for a snack. Everything excellent and fair prices. We promised ourselves we would return for a stay.

Refuge/hotel directly on the cross-country trails, in absolute quotas. Excellent cuisine and very comfortable rooms. The managers are very kind and helpful, with excellent suggestions for excursions in the area. Definitely a place to return to!

Sunday lunch with a good choice of dishes. Encore pasticcio and tosella with polenta and mushrooms. Excellent mushroom soup and also the mixed dish. Good service, very friendly staff. Very good strudel. Nice atmosphere.

13/05/2025: The center of Vicenza is small, but carefully cared for in every detail. Even the night lighting highlights the architectural beauties. And it is during this evening walk that I come across this restaurant, small but welcoming. A warm and lively place in the heart of the city. At the table we are immediately served with courtesy and efficiency. I take the cod with polenta and I do not regret it. Tasty to the right point, with the flavors that come together without overlapping. I also try the spinach tagliatelle, which are certainly good, even if I would have preferred a greater push from the asparagus that remain a bit anonymous. The tagliatelle are excellent, very well pulled and with a good roughness. Last but not least, the bill that turned out to be fair, without excess.
