Excellent location, a five-minute walk from the top cable car station and a 15-minute walk from the Giro d'Ali ski area. Good value for money, everything was delicious! Added value: Matilde was super welcoming!

Excellent food, we had an exceptional rib eye steak. The staff is also worth a visit; they're knowledgeable and helpful, and it feels like family.

In an almost isolated position, although easily reachable, you have the impression of being immersed in a fairy tale.... Instead, the extreme courtesy and professionalism of the staff is reality with particular praise to Matilde! Not least the excellent lunch we tasted. Highly recommended!! Very nice and small hut with a large sun terrace. The Bombardino is very good in terms of both the mix and quantity; I haven't had a better one anywhere else within a 40-km radius, and the food is also very good. Not cheap, but worth the price. My recommendation!

We were very pleasantly surprised how good it is here. Friendly and attentive staff, plus delicious food. We had cheese fondue, pasta carbonara, grilled chicken from the josper grill. Everything perfectly prepared, the taste was fantastic. The kids had the kids naked burger with french fries, which was also very good. Perfect gastronomy on the slopes. I can only recommend.

Sono ancora seduto qui…e mentre mi godo il fantastico pranzo faccio la recensione. La migliore recensione per lo chef è il piatto reso con scarpetta…merita tutte le migliori recensioni. Piatti gustosi ricercati, nulla lasciato al caso: nemmeno il pepe portato al tavolo. Aggiungo foto che spero rendano quanto sono in pace con i sensi

Ristoro Dolomiti

26/04/2025: Immerso nel bosco, locale carino e menu limitato (ma com'è giusto che sia vista la location). Servizio buono e pietanze pure.
23/12/2024: Siamo tornati al Ristoro per la terza volta, scegliendo però di raggiungerlo a piedi con una bella camminata di circa mezz'ora e partendo proprio dal nostro Hotel. Il locale è sempre una garanzia sia per la strepitosa bontà dei piatti sia per la simpatia dello staff. Io ho preso delle tagliatelle con i funghi spettacolari, nelle quali ho sentito tutti i sapori del bosco mentre il mio compagno ha preso il piatto con polenta, funghi e formaggi restando un pochino deluso dal fatto che sperava in polenta calda e morbida e non fredda ed a fette per poter sciogliere i formaggi che, benché buonissimi, non si sono sposati bene in una combinazione a freddo, peccato. Non abbiamo preso il dolce ma 2 ottimi caffè ed il conto finale è stato di tutto rispetto e per niente elevato rispetto a tanti altri rifugi trentini.
