Highly recommended! Artisanal ice creams with traditional and creative flavors

Every time I have the opportunity to visit the beautiful medieval village of Castell'Arquato, I never fail to stop at Gelateria Artigianale Baiocc, and the reasons are easy to explain: I've never tasted gelato better than that of Gelateria Baiocc, which offers different flavors each time, some decidedly unique and original. In my opinion, the best part is the creaminess of the gelato, which is exceptional! Praise to the owners, wonderful and friendly people, with whom I had the pleasure of engaging in wonderful and entertaining conversations while enjoying my gelato, and who helped make my stay in the beautiful town of Castell'Arquato even more enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a delicious gelato here during our visit to the beautiful town of Castell'Arquato. The ice cream parlor is tucked away along Via Sforza Caolzio. A very friendly young woman helped us and we struck up a conversation in Italian. She also gave us a tip on where we could eat that evening with live music and a beautiful view. That's how we ended up in Vernasca, where we had a wonderful evening. In short, we love Baiocc Gelato Lovers for the excellent service...and did I mention the gelato is delicious?!

This place is amazing. I have tried maybe 20 gelato shops in Firenze over the years and none were better than this gem. The maker of the gelato puts her heart and soul into her gelato—and it tells. I had both a dairy-based and fruit based and both were superb! It’s worth going out of the way for this masterpiece gelato.

The quality/price ratio is not good. The taste of the ice cream is not the best, there are few flavors. The staff is polite.

We tasted the ice cream of this small ice cream shop located on the slope of the beautiful ancient village of Castell'Arquato, really good, you can feel the genuineness of the products used, expertly mixed. Absolutely to try!

We discovered the gelateria by chance during a quick stopover in Castell'Arquato and were delighted. Very friendly service and some of the best ice cream I've ever had.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The selection of ice cream was small but carefully chosen and of high quality. Every flavor felt special. After the walk uphill to the Castell, the delicious ice cream was the perfect reward. Definitely worth a stop!

Gita domenicale a castel arquato. Abbiamo visto una gelateria carinissima gestita da una coppia giovane e gentilissima. Abbiamo preso due coni. Io nocciola e stracciatella di arachidi. Devo dire che era strampalata! Un modo per dire molto buono! È stata premiata anche da Gambero Rosso.. Quindi se siete in zona andateci. Ne vale veramente la pena. Oltre i gelati fanno torte..cioccolata calda.. affogati al caffè.. Tutto fatto da loro. Ottimo.
