It's hard to put into words, but this is complaining at the highest level. Restaurant: The only explanation for some of the negative reviews is that the operators have made some changes. Personally, I found both the service and the food impeccable. The value for money is more than fair – almost too cheap. If only all restaurants in Sicily were of this standard! Conclusion: Bravo! A hotel and restaurant that I can recommend to my friends with a clear conscience at any time.

Five stars don't do justice to how unique and evocative this place is. After many years of vacationing in Sicily, Baglio Donna Franca has still managed to amaze me with its setting, hospitality, and professionalism. The restaurant deserves special praise: excellent cuisine, authentic local products, and a rich, high-quality menu at a very affordable price. I hope to return next year!

We had a group wine tasting here, with a lovely meal. Manuela was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. The local organic wines were very good and each distinctive.

As a couple we opted for "tasting plus", a pleasant and interesting experience. Mrs. Paola guided us through the visit of the cellar with professionalism and friendliness. the tasting was accurate, good food and good wine! Excellent choice.

Great atmosphere and great food and wine! The visit to the cellars was really interesting and allowed us to better appreciate all the wines we tasted. The rooms and the view are also exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Excellent guide in explaining the origins of the Baglio and the characteristics of the wines produced here. Gorgeous breakfast! Really excellent jams. Very quiet location but close to many historic locations, salt marshes and islands. Trip and experience in the Baglio to be done again!
