A certainty We returned, once again, to this fantastic baglio: the usual welcome and friendliness, rest and sleep assured, and a quality breakfast. We will return for the comfort, the hospitality, and the level of service.

Truly a stunning location, clean, and with incredibly friendly staff. It's a shame about the lack of attention to detail... we booked a suite, and the room was truly below expectations. The shower was lukewarm despite waiting several minutes for it to reach a comfortable temperature, only shampoo, no slippers, no bathrobes, barely any water in the fridge (and it's a wine resort), the room wasn't very welcoming, and the shower was small. There was a strong smell of mold in the areas adjacent to the rooms... perhaps some air freshener? The gentleman at the restaurant was very kind, but it's a shame the dishes served were different from the descriptions (e.g., cheese with jam arrived with speck on stale arugula). Next to us, a table for four was crowded with 10 people, with jackets strewn everywhere. The breakfast was below the delicacies you'd usually find in Sicily. In short, for the price paid and the suite option... definitely below expectations. A stunning and luxurious location, but it almost seems to be run by a somewhat careless and improvised management. What a shame.

We spent a couple of nights at this property. The baglio is architecturally beautiful, and the internal courtyard is truly charming. We really appreciated the welcoming, kind, and professional service, both at the reception and in the dining room. The breakfast was well-curated with homemade products—delicious cakes and jams—and the kindness of the staff in providing Greek yogurt and low-fat plain yogurt as requested. 🙃 The rooms are simple and unpretentious. The mattress isn't very comfortable—trying to fix it with a rather thick topper, unfortunately, didn't improve the quality. The restaurant on the property is pleasant, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the selection leaves room for all palates; the waiter in the dining room was very, very friendly.

We had a tasting... they welcomed us despite the very short notice. Manuela, our guide, took us on a tour of the cellars and conveyed all the love she and the owners have for this place. An enchanting place, created with love for their land. We'll be back... congratulations!

As a family, we decided to choose this winery for a Sicilian wine tasting. Mrs. Paola (owner with her husband Giacomo, an oenologist and researcher) welcomed us to the estate and spoke about their history, the traditions they have revived to enhance the land they live on, and shared their passion for this work with us. She showed us both the vineyard, explaining the characteristics of the various grapes, and the winemaking process (currently underway), as well as their cellar, allowing us to stroll among the barrels and bottles of wine. We chose the €30 tasting plus, which includes a tasting of five wines (vintage, Grillo, Bianco Riserva, Nero d'Avola, and Rosso Riserva) along with a platter of panelle, bruschetta, their own olives, almonds, and small samples of traditional Sicilian dishes such as tuna with onions and caponata. The wines are exceptional, and you can taste their passion through their products. We each stopped for a first course, highly recommended for the quality and generosity of the chef. We had linguine with almond and lemon pesto and Mazara shrimp, couscous with fish soup, and busiate pasta with swordfish and eggplant. The experience is absolutely worthwhile, highly recommended: it's a wonderful company that works hard, respecting a vision and philosophy that has been their guiding principle for over twenty years. The staff was very friendly and available to answer our questions about the estate and the wine. We look forward to future events on perpetual wine, given the curiosity instilled during the guided tour.

The whole trip could be called "Paradise Surrounded by Dumpsters." We arrived in mid-September and booked two rooms. Cons: The rooms smelled awful due to obvious problems with the plumbing system. There weren't enough trash bins, slippers, towels, or toiletries, meaning there was simply no shampoo or body soap. The pillow was very high, but still great. The breakfast was meager, and there was no microwave for heating up croissants. The orange juice was disgustingly high in sugar. Pros: the place is stunning in terms of architecture, the perfect style, and the cleanliness of the rooms—a delight. The staff are wonderful, the girl at reception is a true professional and truly empathetic. The tasting was very simple, but pleasant and informative. The food was delicious, authentic, and the restaurant was inexpensive and very beautiful. The wines are excellent, and their champagne is wonderful; you won't regret buying it. It's an Italian pastoral place all around, if it weren't for the garbage dumps on the side of the road.

I visited this beautiful establishment with my girlfriend for a guided tour and lunch. The location was beautiful, the lunch excellent, and the wines were top-notch. The restaurant staff was courteous and super helpful. I'm not giving it 5 stars only because the young man who accompanied us on the tour seemed a bit unenthusiastic; he didn't seem particularly bright. After all, you can't expect everything on a Sunday morning!

A charming place, with staff who truly want to make you feel good, they put in the hard work and it shows!

We went for a wine tour with a wine tasting lunch. It was very well done. A beautiful property with a great tour and the food was great.
