An elegant restaurant in the center of Prato where you can enjoy excellent, refined dishes. The pennette strascicate are excellent!

I tried the pennette alla strascicata and they were delicious. I recommend them. I then tried the bread they serve here and it was delicious because it was similar to a cracker but very crunchy. Finally, the prices were average.

Bistecca Florentina is excellent. Worth taking the train ride if you are staying in Florence. History of the restaurant matched by excellent food and service. Alina was great and a true professional waitress.

Sono stato tante volte in molti anni diversi e questo ristorante è fermo nel tempo, cucina ambiente sembra non cambi mai, la cucina è ottima e fare due chiacchere con i proprietari non ha prezzo, un pezzo di storia di prato!

12/09/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday with my family. It was a lovely experience. The menu offered a wide selection of delicate yet flavorful dishes. The service was prompt and attentive. I highly recommend the restaurant.
01/08/2025: Birthday dinner Excellent food. The host was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful without being intrusive. Excellent meat, generous portions. Good house wine. Beautiful location with a view of the valley. Children's area.
