We arrived by chance and a group of 22 people from Prato celebrating a birthday invited us to a table next to them and introduced us to local oil and regional products all in a good atmosphere. We recommend this restaurant.

27/10/2024: Omar and his family have always been a certainty. Fresh and quality food. Kindness and elegant simplicity make this restaurant its strong point. "Il Ghirighio" is located in a place outside the city, in a small town in the Val di Bisenzio, Migliana. For many it can be a limit. For me it's a strong point, and it makes it even more special. Dishes with typical local ingredients, such as chestnut flour, become delicious and refined. Must try!
