We stumbled upon this place by chance. We have been going to Rieti for ages but we didn't know about it. What a wonderful surprise. The fish is very well prepared, simple but tasty, choice of raw materials, care in handling. I hadn't eaten like this for a long time. The fried food is white, impalpable. The pasta is cooked to perfection. Our new favorite place both for the cuisine and for the very friendly innkeeper, as she likes to call herself

Regional cuisine from Puglia, with a non-confusing fish-based menu. Marianna is very careful about the choice of raw materials and the flavors of the dishes are genuine and strong. Among my favorites are certainly broad beans and chicory and battered cod. We had a great time and come back here often.

I was there for a company lunch. Obviously everything based on fish. Everything was delicious, generous portions, fresh fish and very friendly staff. I will definitely be back!!

Io e mia moglie ci siamo concessi una pausa-pranzo da Baccus con l'intenzione di mangiare un polpo in umido con le patate e delle orecchiette con le cime di rape. Così è stato. Ingredienti di ottima qualità, sapientemente cucinati dalla chef Maria. Questo ristorantino di Rieti non ci delude mai: pulito, proprietari simpatici e accoglienti e piatti semplici ma veramente gustosi. Si mangia del'ottimo pesce con incursioni sfizione della tradizione pugliese.

Domenica piovosa a Rieti, si va da Baccus...ed arriva il sole !!! Locale piccolo ma subito si respira simpatia ed accoglienza. Orecchiette alle cime di rapa ed alla crudaiola semplicemente squisite, si sente la Puglia, antipasto mix di pesce e frittura fanno capire che qui il pesce lo sanno cucinare!! Una carezza a Giacinto e Vittoria, simpatiche mascotte del locale, a presto.

An amazing fish-based dinner, from the appetizer with mussels and marinated salmon, to the first cappellani with clams, second courses with fried fish (the best ever), the excellent fish soup and the desserts....all delicious and of excellent quality....Marianna and Francesco top
