This review follows the one already made at the store in via Francia in ZAI in Verona Sud. I always enjoy these Bacchabundus piadina shops, I tried this one in the Galassia shopping center to see if the level of the piadine is as high as the one in Verona Sud and I can confirm. Clean tables with well-arranged chairs, I ordered a piadina with traditional dough with Ariccia porchetta, buffalo mozzarella, red onion. It arrived in five minutes, even though it was very simple it was delicious, just right hot and beautifully stuffed. Young and polite staff, I recommend the Bacchabundus piadinas 👍🏻

I didn't take photos, but I took an organic rye and buckwheat piadina Exotic, with tuna, ricotta, salad, pumpkin cream and avocado. An organic piadina pan di sole Boscaiola, with schioppo Lessini waistcoat, gorgonzola, sautéed mushrooms, walnuts, radicchio sauce. The first with a delicate flavour, the second, with a decidedly tasty flavour; both at a high level, of excellent and high quality.
