Very friendly owner, available for advice and variations, fast and efficient; He wanted to know which of the two choices was the best...... I didn't take photos, but I took an organic rye and buckwheat piadina Exotic, with tuna, ricotta, salad, pumpkin cream and avocado. An organic piadina pan di sole Boscaiola, with schioppo Lessini waistcoat, gorgonzola, sautéed mushrooms, walnuts, radicchio sauce. The first with a delicate flavour, the second, with a decidedly tasty flavour; both at a high level, of excellent and high quality. The environment is quite quiet, given that it is located inside a shopping centre.
