Baccanale Teramo In Teramo

Small local restaurant with very affordable prices and a very warm welcome. I had pasta with zucchini cream, pistachios, and local saffron for €13; it was really good. The cream was just a little heavy (for my taste). The dessert was very light, and it was also good.

I've been going there for over 20 years, since the days of Lillo the chef with the striped trousers. Nice well furnished restaurant (working fireplace). care and attention to the dishes of the centuries-old tradition of the changing or rest stations (stazzuni) Carrapipi Sicilian saffron was found and loaded, then the sulfur gave impetus to the area. The restaurant offers excellent and varied first courses, unfortunately little innovative choice in the second courses: but the tripe is exceptional. Moderate prices compared to those enriched (?) by restaurateurs located up to 25 km from the Sicilian coasts.
