Exceptional! The warm and welcoming welcome and friendliness made it feel comfortable. The quality and abundance of the food far exceeded the cost. We had a truly wonderful time. We will return to Valguarnera, this time to savor their dishes again. Congratulations!

Welcoming place, very friendly staff, and excellent service. The appetizer was rich and tasty. The macco di fave (a soup with fava beans) takes you back to the flavors of times gone by. The tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles was balanced. The veal tagliata was masterfully cooked, tender, and delicious. An experience I absolutely recommend and will repeat.

Today, on our way back from the Agira Outlet Village, we stopped at Al Canale in Valguarnera. It exceeded all expectations: macaroni with pork sauce and wild fennel, tripe with potatoes, and to finish (for a treat instead of dessert) a macco di fave (a soup with fava beans)... A warm welcome and great courtesy.

16/12/2025: I had high expectations as I'd received very positive feedback. The bruschetta and arrosticini were all very good. I was disappointed with the meat, which left me with a few issues. As for the service, I'm still waiting for them to bring me salt. It wasn't cheap at all.
03/12/2025: Everything was delicious, the room was welcoming and above all both the owner and the waiters were helpful and made you feel at home... I highly recommend it!!!
