giunti quasi all'outlet di valdichiana all'ora di pranzo come si fa a resistere al richiamo dell'insegna baccaleria? tavoli essenziali, menu per immagini al tabellone, infinite frasi che richiamano l'arguzia popolare, numerose le raccomandazioni di non avere fretta perchè i piatti sono preparati sul momento, atmosfera rilassata, simpatico il titolare gestito dalla figlia in cucina. abbiamo preso mozzarella in carrozza con alici bella sorpresa, alicette fritte atto di devozione tutto da condividere per scaldare i motori, poi polpo su patate saporito, polpo con insalata anche questo ben fatto, baccala a vapore neutro come nelle attese, baccala al forno gustoso. con una bevuta d'acqua in 4 pex abbiamo speso 72€ prendendo in media una portata e mezzo a testa. valida alternativa al panino per una piacevole sosta.
